At Lock Hatters, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your hat doesn't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 28 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn hat in its original branded box and protective packaging to ensure it arrives back at our workshop in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the item, we will process your full refund or dispatch your replacement within 5-7 business days.
